Why we became experts in business communication
Our story
In 2007, SinoComms was founded in Shanghai by Karsten Schmidt.
The goal: to support leaders and teams from diverse backgrounds in building a bridge for mutual success.
We quickly realized that culture is like its own language- you have to learn it and internalize the cultural grammar, or understanding and, therefore, successful collaboration becomes difficult.
Our role soon expanded to include team building, executive coaching, and media training for China.
In 2017, the move to Europe took place, but still continue to serve clients in Asia.
This is us today
Since 2017, SinoComms has established its roots in Düsseldorf, and we remain firmly convinced that effective communication is the key to success.
Communication is not only crucial for the company as a whole but also for each individual team member.
